Delhi's climate swings from 45°C arid summers to intensely humid monsoons, which causes unseasoned wood to swell, jam, and crack. We counteract this through a proprietary 4-stage timber naturalization and kiln-drying protocol at our Kirti Nagar yard, ensuring that solid Burma Teak, CP Teak, and imported American Walnut maintain true alignment for generations.

Where is Saifi Wood's master workshop located in Delhi?
Our primary manufacturing workshop and seasoning yard is physically located at Timber Market, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110015. Architects, interior designers, and homeowners are welcome to visit by appointment to inspect live timber seasoning, examine wood species, and review joinery prototypes.
How do you protect wooden joinery from Delhi's extreme climate?
Delhi experiences extreme temperature differentials (5°C in winter to 47°C in summer) and sharp monsoon humidity swings. All timber at Saifi Wood is seasoned to maintain a 10%–12% Equilibrium Moisture Content (EMC). We seal all six sides of every shutter and panel with polyurethane barriers, completely preventing wood expansion, binding, or joint failure.
Do you provide turnkey installation across South Delhi residences?
Yes. Our own team of factory-trained master joiners conducts on-site laser measurements and final installations across Vasant Vihar, Chanakyapuri, Jor Bagh, Greater Kailash, and Defence Colony. All milling and cutting is performed at our Kirti Nagar facility, ensuring a clean, dust-free installation process on site.
